The 90° Curve System, developed with the care and commitment of KIWI, is the ideal and most innovative solution to exploit new spaces with all the characteristics of sliding gates.
A system that also guarantees high performance and maximum freedom, as it can exploit angles and curves and is perfect for installation in tight spaces. Classic cases in which a swing gate would be too cumbersome.
KIWI Architectural offers a modular solution with accessories in the form of kits:
- The kit for the first leaf is used exclusively for the first leaf and contains all the accessories for implementing the structure and customizing your own radius sliding gate.
- The secondary leaf kit consists of accessories for the implementation of each additional leaf.
The 90° Curve System allows free opening, regardless of the maximum length dimensions, thanks to special hinges designed to connect several wings, creating a true modular structure that can be adapted according to specific requirements.
Each leaf, following the first, is equipped with a 360° pivoting wheel that allows it to slide on a curved rail with two different radius (0.5 m and 1 m). The rails can be placed along walls, fences and buildings, which allows a significant saving of space.
The special wheels of this system are equipped with a damped balancing system that allows them to stay in contact with the rail, preventing derailment of the gate even if the ground is uneven.
